Emlinzi is the guard shift management platform provided by Emlinzi. We collect and process data solely to help security organizations schedule shifts, monitor patrols, and deliver compliant services. Patrol events, location fixes, and incident reports are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized supervisors, and audit trails are preserved for accountability.

Information We Collect

Only the data required to keep your workforce coordinated

  • Account details Names, emails, phone numbers, and guard credentials provisioned by your organization to manage workforce access.
  • Operational data Roster assignments, shift logs, patrol checkpoints, incident narratives, digital signatures, media uploads, and device telemetry necessary to operate Emlinzi.
  • Location signals Optional GPS pings and geofences that confirm site coverage and support emergency response.
  • Usage analytics Aggregated metrics, crash reports, and performance indicators that help us improve stability. We do not sell or rent analytics data.
How we use data

Purpose-limited processing with clear retention controls

We process personal data to authenticate users, assign guard shifts, generate client reports, detect fraud or unauthorized access, and provide customer support. Only the minimum data required for each task is processed, and retention schedules align with contractual and regulatory obligations.

Administrator safeguards Offline data resides securely on the guard’s device until a connection is available. Administrators can configure retention policies, purge historical logs, export incident evidence, and define regional data residency.

Individuals may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by contacting us. We verify each request to protect guard and client privacy and respond within thirty (30) days.
