Start with situational awareness

Pull up yesterday’s incident summary inside Emlinzi and recap hot spots, equipment issues, and maintenance tickets. Guards appreciate knowing what happened on the prior shift before they start their patrol.

Rehearse escalation paths

Every supervisor we work with keeps escalation matrices pinned inside the app. During briefing, reinforce who to call, which incident tag to use, and what evidence (photo, voice note, GPS) is mandatory.

End with accountability

Assign checkpoints straight from the roster screen and confirm each guard sees their schedule on device. We’ve seen absenteeism drop when guards confirm shift acceptance in-app during the briefing itself.
